We’re 5 independent contractors, each an expert in her own field and running her own business. We combine our strengths so you get everything you need under one roof.
Emily Belyea
Founder, CEO, & Lead Designer
Emily started Bel Creative (formerly Emily Belyea Creative) in 2010. The business sprouted from her desire to support women entrepreneurs while honoring her life outside of work. In the years since, Emily has launched over 50 websites and brands for clients based everywhere from the coast of California to her hometown in Boston.
In addition to being the Lead Designer behind Bel Creative’s sophisticated websites and branding, Emily manages all of the projects. She’s the point person who will guide you seamlessly through our process while coordinating with the team, ensuring everything gets done on time and within your budget.
Erika Radcliffe
Developer
Erika builds all the websites for Bel Creative, using her fierce technical prowess to transform Emily’s design mockups into functioning WordPress sites. Erika makes sure every site is responsive across devices and browsers. When building, she keeps things intuitive so you’ll have an easy time making changes on the back end.
Brittney Mosher
SEO Strategist
Brittney gets you noticed online. She uses in-depth keyword research and technical know-how to lay out a foundational SEO strategy. In addition to inserting keywords directly into your site, Brittney will set you up with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster. She’ll take care of all the technical details necessary so you start appearing in search results ASAP.
Sarah Natsumi
Photographer
Choose your dream photo shoot location and Sarah will get there at no additional cost. Sarah’s warm personality and easy demeanor will make you feel instantly at ease. Before she snaps your first photo, you’ll get acquainted on a planning call. Sarah listens to your intention for your images and gets to know you, picking up on notes of your personality she can later capture behind the camera. Not only will you end up with gorgeous photos, but you’ll have an amazing time getting them.

We offer web maintenance to web design & development clients. All our packages are customized to fit your specific needs, including security updates, emergency tech support, backups, and site speed optimization. We also offer blog maintenance, new page builds, design improvements, email opt-in strategy, and more.
Web maintenance packages start at $250 per month per site.
